Terms of Service

1. Independent intermediary

FNZone provides managed in-game gift delivery coordination. We do not sell game accounts, software licenses, or login access. We are an independent intermediary — not Epic Games, not an Epic partner, and not an official Fortnite store.

2. Your acknowledgment of Epic Games rules

By creating an order you confirm that you:

• Have read and accept Epic Games’ current Terms of Service and in-game gifting rules (including friendship wait periods, eligibility, and regional limits).
• Understand that delivery timing depends on Epic’s platform mechanics and your account settings (gift acceptance, nickname accuracy, friend status).
• Accept that FNZone cannot override Epic-imposed restrictions, bans, or maintenance windows.

3. Account security

We never ask for your Epic password, 2FA codes, or full account access. You only provide your public in-game nickname and a contact method (email or Telegram) for order updates.

4. Orders & friendship timer

Official gifting requires a friendship waiting period (commonly 48 hours) before gifts can be sent. You agree to complete the friend steps in your cabinet before checkout when required.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide the correct Epic nickname and keep gift acceptance enabled.
• Do not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after confirmed in-game delivery.
• Misuse, fraud, or repeated abusive disputes may result in permanent suspension.

6. Payments

Card payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers. We may review, delay, or cancel high-risk orders. Store-balance debits are recorded against your profile contact when that option is available.
