Fortnite gifting — short guides
Quick checks so gifts go through without surprises. No account password needed on our side; gifts use Epic’s official friends system.
How to receive a gift
- You must be Epic friends with our buyer account long enough for Epic’s gifting rules (typically 48 hours as friends before a gift can be sent).
- Friend requests: Settings → Account → Privacy → Game Social Privacy — allow friend requests if needed.
- When the order is ready, accept the incoming gift from the Fortnite locker / notification flow like any shop gift.
- If you declined or missed the prompt, ask support in your order chat — we’ll retry within Epic limits.
Epic limits that affect gifting
- Epic enforces daily send limits for gifters and eligibility checks on receivers — exact caps can change with patches.
- Battle Pass items or bundles sometimes cannot be gifted during certain windows; if something is blocked in-game, we’ll suggest alternatives.
- Refunds/chargebacks on Epic’s side can affect cosmetics delivery — keep receipts from checkout if support asks.
Account checklist before you buy
- Friend slot free — remove inactive names if you hit Epic’s friend cap.
- Correct Epic-linked nickname / tag — typos are the #1 reason gifts bounce.
- Region / storefront quirks — extreme mismatches between regions can affect availability; say so in notes if unsure.
- 2FA on Epic — recommended so nobody locks you out while an order is active.
